Wilfred Ndidi is set to return for Leicester City in tomorrow’s Premier League clash at bottom team Norwich City after an injury layoff.
The defensive midfielder has been battling a knee injury which needed surgery.
He had earlier staged a comeback before the injury relapsed.
Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers said Ndidi has returned to training.
‘The Foxes’ have struggled without Ndidi so much so that their title push has slowed down.
They are now third on the Premier League table with 50 points from 27 matches.
Ndidi’s comeback means he will now be available for next month’s 2021 AFCON qualifying double header against Sierra Leone.
