Super Eagles Defender Jamilu Collinswill likely miss the 2021 afcon qualifiers between the super eagles and the Sierra Leone national team Clash Due To Injury.
Bundesliga side, Paderborn is sweating over the fitness of Jamilu Collins which makes him doubtful for Nigeria’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sierra Leone later this month.
According to German sports magazine Kicker, Collins is racing against time to be fit for this Friday’s clash against Fortuna Düsseldorf.
Collins was excused from Paderborn’s first training session of the week because he’s suffering from an ankle injury.
At the moment, it is unclear when he will resume full training with the rest of his teammates.
This would not be good news for Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr considering the fact that Collins is the only left-footed player of the nine defenders.
