Brazilian coach of Vandrezzer FC, Rafael Everton has described Nigerian ladies as beautiful and fun to be with.
The Recife-born manager, who is happily married, noted that Nigerian ladies are wonderful and the country is a delightful place to be.
Rafael revealed his feelings about Nigeria while featuring on BCOS TV Sports programme, Weekend Sports anchored by Tosin Sanya and produced by Adewale Tijani.
In his assessment of the round-leather game in Nigeria, the Vandrezzer Manager, who is the first Brazilian coach to handle a football club in Nigeria’s domestic league, applauded the standard of soccer in Nigeria.
‘The Nigerian league is better than when i arrived with Akwa United and growing steadily and it can only get better with more innovations and policies by the football authorities”
He however advised soccer administrators should improve on the standards of the game in the country through development of scouting and game technicalities.
“A huge difference between football in Nigeria and Europe and brazil for instance is television, we can easily see games on TV over there but we cannot do that here and that’s one way to promote the league, reduce corruption and of course make more money to develop the league”
Rafael Everton started his coaching job in Nigeria with Ifeanyi Ubah FC before moving to Akwa United, from where he joined Vandrezzer.
The Brazilian is presently on holiday in his native country, Brazil.
