With Bruno Fernandes winning the Premier League player of the month in his second month since signing for the Red Devils, he has now become the first Manchester United player to win back-to-back Premier League Player of the Month awards after Cristiano Ronaldo.

Cristiano Ronaldo achieved this feat in 2006 after a couple of brilliant months when Sir Alex Ferguson was the gaffer of the side.

Fernandes has called Ronaldo as his ‘childhood idol’ in the past and it seems he’s determined to reach the heights Cristiano Ronaldo did get to many years ago.

He contribution to the game for Manchester United has been massive with 7 goals and 6 assists in 10 Premier League appearances for the Manchester side.
