Willian rejects MLS move as his contract extension with Chelsea remains up in the air.

The 31-year-old has rejected a 3-year-deal that David Beckham’s MLS offered him, acording to Telegraph.

The American side wanted to sign the Brazillian winger to make him one the stars after getting in the top-flight this year.

According to reports, Willian is keen on staying at Stamford Bridge even at the uncertainty of a new contract.

It was found out recently that contract talks between Willian and the English outfit have come to a halt as Chelsea do not want to give the player the 3-year deal that he wants.

Lampard previously said that he wants the player to stay but he understands that due to his age, the Blues can’t offer him a long-term deal.

Willian’s contract expires by August 31 but still hasn’t been offered another contract by the Blues. He’s had a fair season so far making 44 outings for the London club and stamping his attacking prowess with 11 goals and 9 assists in all competitions this campaign.
