Nigeria forward Terem Moffi says his sole aim is to finish the season strongly with his club Lorient and not thinking about transfer speculations.
The Nigerian youngster is one of the revelations of the 2020-2021 French Ligue one season, having netted 14 goals in 27 games for Lorient.
Moffi has now been linked with a summer move away from the relegation-threatened club, with reports claiming Borussia Dortmund and Atalanta are interested in his services.
Reacting to the speculations, Moffi told Ouest-France that he’s not paying attention to them and only focusing on helping Lorient to retain their top flight status.
“The season is not over, there are four games left, and our focus is on safety, not on transfers,”
“But I want to stay, yes – I have fun here. I love my teammates. So yes.” he said.
