Super Falcons and Houston Dash centre forward Michelle Chinwedu Alozie has disclosed that she has a crush on Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi.
The 24-year-old international divulged the information that she is crushing on the Everton man in an Instagram live conversation tagged “The three Musketeers”. Michelle Alozie when asked that ” Just as we’ve got some tempting, beautiful, good looking ladies in the national team, we’ve got same in the Super Eagles of Nigeria. Have you got any crush among those players? said, ‘Alex Iwobi.”

Alozie, who made her debut in the just concluded US Summer Series tournament, had an impressive outing on her first duty for the Falcons after holding veteran forward Megan Rapinoe under lock and key when the Super Falcons played against the World No 1, USA in Austin, Texas.
The makeshift defender however received enthusiastic commendation from the Nigeria Women’s and University of Pittsburgh manager, Randy Waldrum for her awe-inspiring display in the Falcons unfortunate loss to USA.
“I think she did a good job and I feel they were really trying to isolate Mitchell a little bit,”
“They didn’t attack the right side nearly as much as they attacked Mitchell’s side. And I thought, for the most part, she held them in check there. She is a good young player”
The Yale university alumnus who racked up nine goals, five assists and 23 points was named Co-Offensive Player of the Year in the Ivy League, prior to her call up to the National team.
Elated and Astonished having been called up to the Super Falcons of Nigeria team, Alozie had this to say on making her debut; “I was very surprised when I got the call-up so it’s really a big dream for me to be here playing with a lot of people that I looked up to growing up”. She concluded.
