Barcelona has received several calls about the availability of centre-half Clement Lenglet in recent days, according to Toni Juanmarti of Diario SPORT.

The Frenchman played just 45 minutes over the course of France’s EURO 2020 campaign in which he made his first appearance in the round of 16 fixture against Switzerland which they lost on penalties and he struggled to make an impact on the game.

Clement Lenglet’s only EURO 2020 appearance

In the just concluded club season, Clement Lenglet was the only defender across the top 5 leagues to make an error leading to goal, concede a penalty and get sent off in a season where the Barcelona defence was highly criticized.

According to latest reports, Barcelona will listen to offers for him and could be looking at other targets to bolster their defence.
